This Sunday, February 11, is a double hitter of football, floats, and festivities! Super Bowl Sunday meets Bacchus Sunday this year in New Orleans, meaning bars will be jam packed with football fans and Mardi Gras parade goers. The San Francisco 49ers will be playing the Kansas City Chiefs at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Come enjoy these local bars to watch the game and celebrate the final days of Carnival season. Here are 10 great bars to enjoy a drink with friends and participate in one of NOLA's two favorite pastimes of the day: football.

This bar has plenty of history. A product of the Prohibition Act and the Great Depression, Rendon Inn was a saving grace for locals.
