Impastato's Latin Night
On June 23, Impastato's will host a Latin night featuring a four-course meal and more!
Impastato's is a classic Creole-Italian restaurant located in Metairie on 3400 16th St. It was started in 1979 by Sicilian chef Joe Impastato and is famous for its seafood dishes and delicious pasta.
Food
There will be four courses of Latin-inspired dishes during the special night. The first course will be shrimp ceviche, followed by Honduran enchiladas for the second course. The third course is a choice between carne asada with rice, black beans, and plantains or arroz con pollo (chicken and rice). The fourth and final course will be flan cake!

Beverages
All four courses will be paired with a unique cocktail featuring Ron Abuelo Panamanian rum. The first course will be paired with a rum sangria, the second course with a raspberry mojito, and the third course with a Bahama Mama. To finish the night strong, the final cocktail will be an espresso martini with Ron Abuelo rum.
