Hogs Fest 2026
Hogs for a Cause will be hosting its popular barbecue festival this April 10 and 11 in New Orleans to bring together the community for live music, food, and charitable causes.
Event Details
Various performances will take place on Friday and Saturday for the two-day charity festival. Tickets are available online for single-day and weekend passes, ranging from around $60 to around $110 for general admission. Two tiers of VIP passes are offered for an increased price.
The event will be hosted at the UNO Lakefront Festival Grounds, operated by the University of New Orleans. Hogs for the Cause expects an estimated 30,000 guests, with 20 band performances and 90 competing barbecue vendors.

Standout Headliners
Stephen Wilson Jr. is the Friday headliner at the 2026 Hogs for the Cause. With 2.2 million monthly Spotify listeners, Wilson has gained a significant following for his style of country music. He has been featured on the The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and NBC's Late Night with Seth Meyers. This past summer, Wilson also performed at the Newport Folk Festival.
Saturday's headliner is Charles Wesley Godwin, who will be bringing a country-folk performance to Hogs for the Cause. Godwin has a similarly sized following to that of Wilson, with his most played songs including "All Again" and "Jamie." Releasing his first album, Seneca, in 2019, Godwin has quickly emerged as a country icon.
The Cause

Hogs for the Cause unites the community with music and food in hopes of monetarily assisting families impacted by pediatric brain cancer research. The organization distributes grants and have approved thousands in the last decade, including $3 million dollars have been granted to families and $12.1 million dollars to hospitals and corresponding charities. The public can contribute by visiting Hogs for the Cause, with proceeds going towards the organization's funding.
