A Multicultural Celebration
The International Arts Festival is returning to New Orleans from September 25 to September 28, 2025, and will take place at Orpheum Theater, Congo Square, and The Fillmore.
The 2025 lineup includes headliner Steel Pulse, Pieces of Dream, Irvin Mayfield, Luciano, Gerald Albright, and Chief Donald Harrison Jr. The festival will also include a variety of food and craft vendors. Applications to be one of these vendors are open on IAF's website.

What is the IAF?
Founded by Ernest D. Kelly in 1987, International Arts Foundation (IAF) is dedicated to uplifting New Orleans' arts and economy. The non-profit also works to spread knowledge of New Orleans to the rest of the world! IAF also works to uphold diversity on the local and global scale through programs that are culturally and economically enriching.
The IAF merges New Orleanian, Caribbean, African, South American, and European cultures with art, education, and diversity at the core of its mission. Kelly pioneered the "Sister City" Agreements that connected New Orleans with Durban, South Africa, in 2004 and Cape Coast, Ghana, in 2019.
