Concert at the André Cailloux Center
This year on Saturday, December 9, the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation and ArtSpot Productions will be presenting "Papa Legba Meets Papa Noel: A Christmas Season Blessing and Benefit for the André Cailloux Center." The Holy Warriors will play the score of Holy Wars, as well as some other classics, and the entire night will be MC'd by Karen-Kaia Livers.
There will be two opportunities to attend the event, which is located at 2541 Bayou Rd.: a matinee performance at 2 p.m. and then an evening performance at 7 p.m. Tickets are $35 per person and can be purchased on the André Cailloux Center's website.

The night will feature guests such as Aurelien Barnes, Sunpie Barnes, Steven Bernstein, Tricia Diamond, Helen Gillet, Matt Hampsey, Delfeayo Marsalis, James Singleton, Bill Summers, and Cole Williams.
The evening will also feature a blessing of the André Cailloux Center (formally the St. Rose of Lima Church) led by Bill Summers, who was inducted into the esteemed Yoruba order of sacred drummers under the guidance of Estaban "Cha Chaa" Vega, the highly respected drummer from Cuba.
