Réveillon Menus Fit For Royalty

Réveillon is a December tradition first documented in 18th-century France and evolved into a tradition in which Catholic families would fast the day of Christmas Eve and then share a lavish meal after midnight mass. While this custom greatly dwindled in popularity across America, it had somewhat of a resurgence in New Orleans and has become an annual practice for restaurants in the city.

Each of these restaurants have their own unique take on the seasonal flavors of Réveillon and have incorporated regional cooking styles in their menus.
