Jazzy Pete's Oak St.

Cho Thai

BRG Hospitality, also known as Besh Restaurant Group, partnered with Banana Blossom Thai Café, a Westbank family-run restaurant that serves contemporary Thai food, to create Cho Thai. The new spot opened in July for takeout and delivery and offers small plates, including spicy clams, pork rolls, and crab claws, as well as soups, salads, and signature dishes. Union Ramen

Nhat "Nate" Nguyen, who was the opening chef at Gert Town, left that restaurant in 2016 to start his own restaurant, which is now the long-awaited Union Ramen. Misa

Misa is a restaurant kin to Tal's Hummus; the owner of Tal's Hummus created this new "global-Mediterranean" restaurant. Mr. Tequila

Mr. Tequila is owned by three brothers who are from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, which is, according to their website, "the epicenter for tequila." Join Mr. Tequila for Happy Hour all week, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. They also offer daily specials, such as $10.95 fajitas on Mondays, $1 street tacos on Tuesdays, and kids' night every Wednesday.
