This year, New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival fans all over the globe are tuning into WWOZ.org to enjoy "Jazz Festing In Place," an 8-day broadcasting event that is about to start into the second weekend from today April 30th to Sunday May 3rd. While enjoying over 100 archival performances, local music lovers can have their fest and eat it too thanks to Copeland's of New Orleans, who has become the Official Sponsor of WWOZ's "Jazz Festing in Place."
Over
the second weekend, Copeland's is offering two Jazz Fest meals to-go
from Thursday April 30th
to Sunday May 3rd
at all locations. Best part? Copeland's will donate 19% of the
proceeds to the Jazz & Heritage Foundation's Music Relief Fund!
Available statewide, the relief fund was created to support Louisiana
musicians who have lost income due to the pandemic.
There are two
meals being offered; the "Jazz Fest Family Meal" for $75 that
will feed a group of four to six people, and "Festin' for Two"
for $35. The "Jazz Fest Family Meal" includes Crawfish Bread
(eight pieces), a choice of Jambalaya Pasta or Crawfish Fettuccine
