Parade of Homes in NOLA
The 2026 Parade of Homes, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans (HBAGNO), brings ingenuity and inspiration for homebuyers and professionals.
The Parade of Homes is a regional home tour showcasing cutting-edge new builds and the latest in home renovation. Spanning from multi-functional spaces to innovative lighting fixtures, and state-of-the-art plumbing practices, the homes on display offer fresh perspectives on quality homes. Designed and built by award-winning builders in the region, each home on the tour will have something unique to offer.
With true New Orleans flair, the tour is a self-guided "parade" scattered across the Greater New Orleans region in places such as Audubon Park, English Turn in the Westbank, Old Metairie, Gretna, and Westwego. Visitors will have the chance to meet with local builders, architects, and real estate agents and gain valuable insight. For those looking to buy a home, build, renovate, or gain working professional knowledge, the Parade of Homes is a great place to build relationships with people in the business.
How To Catch the Parade
The in-home tours take place on June 20, 21, 27, and 28 and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day. A complimentary ticket will be required to see the Parade of Homes this year.
For those that cannot attend in person, or those who can't see every house on the tour, virtual tours will be available in collaboration with Matterport. These in-depth virtual tours provide high-quality images on the interior and exterior of the homes complete with dollhouse views and measurements.
Giveaways
Tickets for the tours enters attendees into a raffle for New Orleans Saints tickets. Additionally, the HBAGNO is sponsoring the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway.
