Meril at Renaissance Hotel
Renaissance New Orleans Arts Warehouse District Hotel is elevating its poolside experience by adding Meril to its dining offerings.
Donald Payne, general manager of the Renaissance Arts Hotel, said that it is important to bring local flavors and culture to the hotel.
"Our hope with partnerships like Meril is to bring an elevated experience to our guests poolside," Payne said in a press release. "The Renaissance brand has a mission to help guests discover the heart of each neighborhood where we're located, and making these local menus accessible poolside helps us to achieve that."
Meril, a Chef Emeril Lagasse restaurant, is influenced by the many global dishes the award-winning chef has experienced throughout his illustrious career.
Meril's poolside menu will include multiple handheld items, including flatbreads, burgers, and tacos, along with salads and brunch items from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Margo Robert, general manager of Meril, said she is excited to give customers a new way to experience the restaurant.
"We're thrilled that tourists and locals alike can now experience Meril in this new and exciting way," Robert said in a press release.
Poolgoers will be able to view Meril's menu, place an order, and pay on their mobile devices using a QR code displayed on the pool deck.
