New Downtown NOLA Restaurant
The Loews New Orleans Hotel, located at Poydras and S. Peters streets, have transformed the old Cafe Adelaide to an elegant dining space called Poydras & Peters.
The restaurant is appointed in lush blue cushioned booths and beautiful chandeliers. Each dish was delicious and thoughtful.

Executive Chef Jason Schwartz and his culinary team have created a menu that represents New Orleans cuisine, as well as the chef's coastal roots in Florida.
Chef Schwartz said, "I grew up in South Florida, surrounded by an abundance of farms and bright, coastal flavors. It is there where I discovered my signature style for creating simple compositions designed to extract the most flavor, color, and texture from the ingredients through meticulous technique. After moving here in 2010, it has been exciting to combine my experience with the vibrant flavors and nuances only found in the Crescent City for our guests of Loews New Orleans Hotel to enjoy."
