National Eat Your Vegetables Day takes place annually during National Fresh Fruit and Vegetables Month. This year, it falls on June 17. True Food Kitchen

With many locations across the country, True Food Kitchen, founded by Dr. Andrew Weil, is one of the main local restaurants to be based on science.
