Supporting Asheville's Independent Restaurants
In the wake of Hurricane Helene, the culinary heart of Asheville, North Carolina, has been devastated. To benefit those it has affected, over 20 esteemed chefs and restaurant owners from New Orleans have joined together to create the Cooks for Carolina dinner series.
These exclusive dinners will provide vital support and a gesture of solidarity for the dedicated employees and restaurants of Asheville and Buncombe County. The events will also include guest appearances, featuring the talents of renowned Asheville chefs like Chef Jacob Sessoms, Chef Peyton Barrell, Chef Matt Dawes, and Chef Trevor Payne.
