Brides and the City
All brides to be and wedding planners should attend
the Bridal Expo, presented by Cindy J., on May 17-18. The expo will take place at
the Astor Hotel, located at 739 Canal St. in the French Quarter.
This two-day affair will be full of wedding planners, designers,
and gorgeous bridal looks. The industry's top professionals will be at the expo
displaying everything from floral arrangements and photography to catering and
accessories.
The expo will begin Friday, May 17 and expo goers will enjoy
a runway show at 6:45 p.m. The expo aspect of the weekend will kick off at 1
p.m. on Saturday for a day of jam-packed wedding planning.
Cindy J. is a Louisiana native and founder of Sweet Magnolia's
Premier Bridal Company, as well as the founder of the bridal expo. Her newest
collection, lovingly titled Bayou Queen, the Diamond Collection, will be
on display at the expo.
