New Orleans is a city rich in delicious food options and brunch is no exception. Whether it be shrimp and grits, waffles, biscuits and gravy, or eggs, NOLA has an abundance of great places to go. Eggs Benedict is a brunch favorite of many.

A classic eggs Benedict is composed of two open face halves of an English muffin with Canadian bacon and a poached egg on each, topped with hollandaise sauce. Hollandaise sauce is made by emulsifying egg yolk, butter, and lemon juice to create a rich and delicious pairing with a runny poached egg. Here are 10 spots to order eggs Benedict in NOLA.
