A Terrytown man charged in the death of his girlfriend’s mother caused quite the disturbance Thursday morning (March 12) in a Jefferson Parish courtroom. According to Nola.com, Bryan Schwartz, 27, defecated in his jail-issued jumpsuit and then covered his face with the feces.
Schwartz was removed from the courtroom, leaving with only his eyes visible. He is reportedly from Henderson, Ky.
Schwartz is not the first defendant to pull this sort of stunt. In August, 2011 Deshaun Griffin also defecated and rubbed it on his face in court while at a pretrial hearing in a Metairie armed robbery case.
