Elevated Japanese Cuisine in NOLA
Caesars Entertainment's partnership with Nobu has brought a new dining experience to Louisiana. Nobu is a New Style Japanese restaurant created by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and the New Orleans location is the fourth opened in partnership with Caesars Entertainment.
About the Restaurant
The restaurant's interior combines traditional Nobu furnishing with inspiration from Louisiana's natural elements. Round, wood-framed "dining pods" were uniquely designed to resemble native cypress knees. These dining pods provide a semi-private experience with a nod to the local environment.
The menu primarily features fresh fish and seafood offered as nigiri and sashimi. Guests can enjoy some of their signature dishes, including the Yellowtail Jalapeño, thinly sliced yellowtail sashimi served with spicy and citrusy garnish, or the Black Cod Miso, which is marinated in den miso sauce for two to three days and produces a rich sweet-savory flavor.
Nobu Restaurant at Caesars New Orleans is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday and 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Reservations can be made online.

The addition of Nobu to Caesars New Orleans is just one change made since Caesars Entertainments acquisition of Harrah's New Orleans Casino, with a new show in the talks for this year and the sportsbetting area added only a few years ago.
