Labs, Wine Dinners, and More Announced for NOWFE 2026

New Orleans Wine & Food Experience

Do not miss out on truly unique experiences during the annual New Orleans Wine and Food Experience, which has announced its wine dinners for this year.

Wine lovers and foodies are invited to enjoy the various activities that will be offered this year, from wine tastings to interactive wine blending labs. The wine dinners are special events that take place at a number of different local restaurants across New Orleans and feature specific wines for each event.

NOWFE Event Info

From June 10 to 13, the 34th annual New Orleans Wine and Food Experience will take place. The weekend consists of main stage events, wine labs, and event packages to ensure guest satisfaction with their experience.

Hundreds of wineries and restaurants are invited to participate in the event. Their menus feature classic local drinks and dishes, as well as innovative, diverse cuisines. The festival is listed in USA Today's 10 Best for Best General Food Festival and Best Wine Festival.

The festival has raised over $1.5 million for local non-profit organizations, including food banks to culinary schools. The beneficiaries help the community and culture thrive.

Main Stage Events

The first main stage event is the Tournament of Rosés on June 12. Early entry is from 6:30 to 7 p.m., and general admission is from 7 to 9 p.m. The event will take place at the New Orleans Ernest M. Morial Convention Center in the Great Hall.

The secondary main stage event is the Grand Tasting on June 13. VIP entry is from 2:30 to 3 p.m., and general admission is from 3 to 6 p.m. This event will also take place in the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in The Great Hall.

Labs

All of the labs will take place in the New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District Hotel from June 12 to 13. The labs feature varying themes, from focusing on summer reds to the Greek origins of wine.

Friday, June 12

10 to 11 a.m. - Wine Blending 101 with Terragena Wine

11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. - Explore Stag's Leap Wine Cellars: The Estate That Shocked the World

12:30 to 1:30 p.m. - Summer Reds: A Study in Freshness & Finesse with Marika Vida

1:45 to 2:45 p.m. - The Only Way to Chardonnay with Rombauer Vineyards

3 to 4 p.m. - The Grasshopper at 170: What Makes a Cocktail Historic

Saturday, June 13

10 to 11 a.m. - The Distinct Neighborhoods of Russian River Valley with Davis Bynum & Rodney Strong Vineyards

11:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. - It's All Greek To Me with Marika Vida

12:30 to 1:30 p.m. - Prosecco DOC Seminar

Packages

There are three available experience packages, with various exclusive offers included.

The Tasting Package includes entrance to the Tournament of Rosés and the Grand Tasting main events. The total price is $258.

The Connoisseur Package provides access to the entire experience offered, with 30 minutes of early entry to the Welcome Reception with a swag bag, Tournament of Rosés, the Grand Tasting, a choice of four labs, 10% discount on additional labs, and $20 voucher to use at the merchandise store. The total price is $793.

The VIP Package includes the most accommodations, with the same amenities as the Connoisseur Package plus access to the private VIP areas. The total price is $1,000.
