Bearcat Cafe is a local trendy hotspot for brunch and breakfast foods that cater to a wide array of pallets. Taylor likes eating healthy, and luckily the restaurant has unique gluten free, vegan, and amazing different pancake options for all to enjoy. It is a clean and fresh restaurant that was inspired by a mother who had food intolerances but wanted to enjoy the breakfast foods we all love.
Try the blue butterfly matcha and the yummy original roasted potatoes. Also, the crab scrambled eggs are to die for. The staff are really cool and service is great. You may have to wait in a line, but it is definitely worth it.

This bakery designed and made Taylor's birthday cake when she was in town, called "Lavender Haze" after her song, in 2022. Bywater Bakery is a pastry and coffee cafe and restaurant with Bagel Friday's and king cakes galore. The Bywater area has several hidden gems, and Taylor Swift had a good eye out for this one.
This breakfast, lunch, and brunch spot has delicious breakfast croissants, avocado toast, and breakfast gumbo with scrambled eggs over grits. This is a must try, Swift certified, establishment.

The Camellia Grill, on the corer of Carrolton Avenue, is famous for their hospitality, late hours, and great diner food. Taylor could stop by after her shows for some late night breakfast to treat herself after a long performance. It is a great place to refuel and the perfect gathering spot for friends to grab hash browns and burgers.
The cooks and staff wear bow ties and they light your day with their fabled charisma. Camellia Grill was progressive and respected in 1946 for hiring a predominately African American staff, in the segregated South, to be at the front of the kitchen. This diner has been loved and cherished by locals for decades.

For Taylor's 33rd birthday, she hung-out with her producer Jack Antonoff at Esplanade Studios in the Tremé. Esplanade Studios opened in 2013 as the largest recording studio in Louisiana, offering master-level mixing, producing, and post production services.
It is well known amongst the music scene in New Orleans for being one of the best, high-end music studios in the city. "The Basement" is a performance area where you can have a select audience present while you live-record. The studio has mastering suites, multipurpose rooms, and a 26 foot ceiling for a full symphony orchestra to resonate in.

In 2022, Taylor dined at this French and Japanese restaurant and ate her heart out. Taylor loves the Bywater, and this is the perfect wine bar and cute restaurant to go to in the neighborhood.
The menu changes seasonally, but you can expect to find escargot, salmon tartare, and more deliciousness, including a brunch menu. It is 18 years or older establishment, so bring your IDs, Swifties!
