39-year-old Marlow Holmes really went out on a limb to transport a stash of cocaine.
Police from Dover, Delaware busted Holmes when they discovered the drugs hidden inside his prosthetic leg. They told Associated Press that police dogs alerted officers to the presence of narcotics inside the car Holmes had been riding in. During the official search they found more than 28 grams of cocaine smuggled into his prosthetic leg. Holmes was then arrested, jailed, and placed on an $81,000 bond.
He is facing charges with possession, intent to deliver cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
While the drugs were kept as evidence, the police returned Holmes' leg.
