Les Dames d'Escoffier is an international organization of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality. The annual Hot Dish fundraiser is the main supporter of the Leading From The Heart Awards from Les Dames d'Escoffier, which helps grants women financial freedom to expand their culinary and hospitality goals.

"Hot Dish is more than a fundraiser—it's a reflection of the community of women who shape New Orleans' food and hospitality culture every day," Chapter President Dee Lavigne said in a press release. "We're bringing together talent, heart and flavor in one place, and we're inviting everyone to experience what makes our mission so meaningful."

Tickets

Hot Dish fundraiser "patron tickets" grant early access to the event at 5:30 p.m., allowing guests to place auction bids first, stuff raffle boxes early, and mingle all before the event begins. "Reception tickets" are also available, granting the same privileges but just an hour later. Both tickets include food and cocktails! Visit lesdamesnola.org to purchase your tickets now.

Hot Dish is a perfect event to learn more about the women in our culinary community while supporting them through their journey. Don't miss out on a chance to experience delicious cuisine and make a difference in someone's future!
