Chef Camari Mick, born to a Jamaican father and Brooklyn-raised mother, discovered baking as a child when she craved sweets her parents didn't make. What began as a weekend hobby turned into a passion that carried through high school, where she sold cupcakes and pies, and later into formal training in pastry arts in Philadelphia. Known for transforming simple ingredients into extraordinary desserts, her style blends refined technique with playful creativity. In 2020, Mick joined The Musket Room as Executive Pastry Chef after being discovered on Instagram. Today, she is a partner in The Musket Room's new all-day bakery, café, and restaurant, where she continues to create signature desserts while mentoring the next generation of BIPOC pastry talent.

Chef Rawlston Williams is the founder of The Food Sermon, a beloved Brooklyn restaurant inspired by the flavors of his native St. Vincent and the Grenadines. After moving to New York at the age of 10, he trained at the French Culinary Institute and blended his Caribbean roots with fine-dining techniques to create his signature, soulful cuisine. Known for dishes that honor heritage while embracing modern influences, Williams has built The Food Sermon into both a restaurant and a community hub. Beyond the kitchen, he is an advocate for his homeland, spearheading relief efforts for St. Vincent, and is currently working on his first cookbook showcasing the depth of Caribbean foodways, which is to be released in the spring of 2026.
