bowfin and paddlefish to golden osetra, served with crème fraîche,
chives and house-made potato chips, plus bottles of sparkling wines
and champagnes like Mt. Midoriyama Pet Nat (sparkling rosé)
from Australia, Roland Champion from France, and Raventos i Blanc
from Spain. As a bonus, you get $5 off when you get both caviar and
champagne, and who wouldn't? That would be like eating peanut butter
without jelly!
