Located in downtown Gretna, Café 615 (Home
of Da Wabbit) offers a taste of authentic Creole dishes, seafood, and many
local favorites to boot.
Every Friday, they will be boiling fresh crawfish—going
for $10 per to-go order (for three whole pounds!). The boil starts at 4:00 p.m.,
and they will keep selling them until they run out.
Though their dining room is currently
closed, Café 615 is available for curbside delivery, drive-through, and takeout,
Monday through Friday. As they are working with limited staff, the restaurant
has announced that the menu will be reduced. Be sure to check with them daily
for specials.
