National Dumpling Day is celebrated on September 26 annually. Dumplings are a popular Asian bite-sized food made of flour, salt, water, and customizable fillings, such as shrimp, beef, pork, chicken, carrots, or spinach and ricotta. These fillings are wrapped in a thin layer of dough. Dumplings can be steamed or fried. Dumplings are versatile. Let's celebrate National Dumpling Day by enjoying some dumplings at the following acclaimed restaurants.
