Tales of the Macabre 2026
After a successful 2025 premiere season, the popular scary story event Tales of the Macabre is back at The Mortuary on Canal Street.
The unfortunate souls who dare to venture through these halls will encounter four terror tales that fully immerse them in fear. It's even more immersive than last year, but I can't give away those secrets. You'll have to feel them (and smell them) for yourself. To help bolster your courage, you're given three signature cocktails themed to the rooms themselves: Vampire's Seduction, the Siren's Curse, and the Descended Soul. If you make it out alive, you'll be rewarded with a trip to the Eerie Adventurer's Club, a spooky speakeasy with undead emcees, trivia, karaoke, conga lines, and even more themed libations.
