Support NOLA's Culinary Industry

The New Orleans Culinary & Hospitality Institute (NOCHI) is excited to present Cooking for a Cause, a two-week long, online, silent auction that will offer the opportunity to win exclusive and enviable experiences.

These include: an evening of exploring the Bywater's diverse array of food and drinks with celebrity chef Dan Stein, a personally curated menu at Saba, a one-time skip the line pass and VIP experience at Hot Stuff, and an eight-day European cruise for two, just to name a few.

The auction will conclude with an evening of wining and dining, where patrons will be served cocktails and delicious cuisine made by NOCHI alumni chefs and popular, local, chefs including Michael Gulotta—executive chef and owner of Maypop, MOPHO, and TANA—and Leonair Dorsey—head pastry chef at Gracious Bakery. The event will be held on Wednesday, September 18 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at NOCHI, with tickets costing $125 per person.
