The Hit Musical Returns to the Saenger
On Friday, November 22, tickets for the upcoming musical Mamma Mia! will go on sale for performances on February 11 until February 16, 2025 at the Saenger Theatre.
Ticket prices will start at $30 per person. Guests and viewers are invited to book through the Saenger Theatre's website or call (504) 287-0372 for parties 10 people and larger.
For nearly 25 years, Mamma Mia! has delighted audiences with its catchy musical score, heartwarming story-line, and talented actors. A story about love, family, identity, and relationships, despite its light-hearted soundtrack and feel-good plot, Mamma Mia! pulls at viewers' heart-strings and grapples with complicated topics, inviting audience members to feel understood. Inspired by the timeless hits of ABBA, experience fan-favorite songs including "Money Money Money," "Dancing Queen," "Lay All Your Love on Me," "Slipping Through My Fingers," and more at Mamma Mia!
Boasting an impressively talented and experienced cast, the actors and actresses will include Christine Sherrill as Donna Sheridan, Amy Weaver as Sophie Sheridan, and Rob Marnell as Harry Bright. Production designer Mark Thompson has gone above and beyond in creating a fantastic set, using his experience working for the London West End and Broadway.
Running for 2 hours and 35 minutes with one intermission halfway through, the Saenger Theatre asks that all visitors—no matter age—purchase a ticket to see the show.
