Celebrate the Region of Campania

Join Josephine Estelle in celebration with a Campanian Wine Dinner hosted by winemaker Massimo Alois on March 11 at 7 p.m. This Italian-themed exclusive event will feature delicious cuisine with a four-course menu and carefully selected wines by Alois, who will share the stories of each wine and how they pair perfectly with the chef crafted meal.

Campania, Italy

From the food to the wine, this evening is inspired by Campania, Italy. Campania, a region in southwestern Italy, is home to rich historical sites and a breathtaking coastline, the Amalfi Coast, that runs along the region. Campania's capital city, Naples, is known for its winemaking and beautiful vineyards. If you ever get the chance to visit, check the wineries and vineyards in Naples, which produce some of the best wines in the world. Massimo Alois' vineyards are on the outskirts of Naples.

The History of Fattoria Alois

It all started when the Bourbon Dynasty of France was in power during the 17-18th centuries. The Bourbons and Romans were cultivating lands of varietals. Michele Alois restored the lands and began his wine journey. With the help of his sons, Alois planted nine grape varietals on the acres of the Caiatini Mountains in Caserta. Alois' sons, Massino and Gianfranco, helped their father on this journey. After all the hard work, Fattoria Alois was founded. More information will be provided by Massimo Alois at the dinner.
