New Orleans bar talent invited to come included Holly Williams (Finnegan's), Steve Yamada (Bar Revolution, Alchemy Lounge), Rhiannon Enlil (Cure), Chris Hannah (French 75), Lucinda Weed (Sylvain), Travis Sanders (Hotel Monteleone) and Abby Gullo (SoBou).
