Chappy's Restaurant Uptown Shuts Its Doors

Chappy’s Restaurant has closed as of Sunday, October 18.  Owner Starr Chapman said that they were unable to renew their lease at 6106 Magazine Street, next to Monkey Hill.  In addition, the upcoming construction on Magazine Street from Napoleon to Audubon Park was a deterrent.
