The Swizzle Stick Bar and Cafe Adelaide hosted a late-night brunch with sweet, savory breakfast foods and dish-inspired cocktails until the stroke of midnight. It was made all the more fantastic with fanciful and expertly-crafted balloon hats. The best part of the party, of course, was the fiery delight cocktail made by burning sugar and liquor onto a glass then mixing hot coffee and Kaluah.
