Have you ever seen an astronaut crowd surfing? If so, chances are you have been to a Starf*cker (STRFKR, less the vowels and stylized for obvious reasons) show. The Portland, Oregon indie-tonic band brought its unique visuals and sense of humor to a full house at the Republic night club. A STRFKR show is an experience. The band's catchy melodies and fun hooks make it easy to dance to. Their interpretive dancers are the icing on the cake, changing costumes several times throughout the band's set. The set itself was composed of material off almost every release the band has put out and included their quirky cover of "Girls Just Want to Have Fun."
