We got to sample their fresh and lovely Tuna Tartare and decadent Deviled Crab alongside Javier's 75 tequila/champagne cocktail. The Alligator & Mirliton was a brand new take on a dish that I've been having my whole life; the mirliton was whipped as fluffy as mashed potatoes.
