Roux Carre is an open-air restaurant located in a beautiful building on Oretha Castle Haley Blvd., and there are four new chefs who will be taking up residency there. Chefs Melissa Araujo of Alma, Lisa Nelson of Queen Trini Lisa, Aaron Washington of Local Menu NOLA, and Kim Dejan of KD's NOLA Treats were awarded with spaces of their very own in the innovative space after they went through the Launch Pod accelerator program which gave the hopeful young chefs restaurant business training.
