2025 International Pokémon Showdown
As one of the greatest host cities in the world, New Orleans will once again hold the North American International Pokémon Championships at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center from June 13 to 15.
Whether you are preparing to compete, cheering on your favorite participant, a Pokémon fan, or simply someone looking for fun, the NAIC will offer a host of fan activities, fun competition, and enticing prizes.
Competition Details
The third annual NAIC offers a schedule filled with exciting competitions for everyone, including the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the Pokémon Scarlet & Pokemon Violet video games, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE. Players will compete for championship points, while fans can participate in a variety of activities for prize opportunities.

The competition will be hosted throughout the Convention center, with a variety of exclusive experiences and merch opportunities that can be found throughout the venue.
With more than $500,000 USD in prizes at stake, competitors will battle not only for rewards but also for precious Championship Points, which determine World Championships invitations. The tournament will award direct invitations to the 2025 World Championships, making this event all the more exciting to attend.
All competitors will get welcome kits featuring exclusive Pokémon merchandise, including caps, playmats, card sleeves, and deck boxes, as long as supplies last.

Catering to newcomers and beginners, the event will feature the Pokémon Play Lab, where you can learn to play Pokémon TCG or video games. The Play Lab is open to the public and requires no badges to participate.
