After just a year in business, Maypop has proven itself to be one of the most unique culinary experiences in New Orleans. Their aesthetically-pleasing interior with a large Louisiana coastline map belies it's cuisine of fusion foods with an emphasis on the far east. The noodles were all so filling and flavorful like the Lamian Style Noodles and Semolina Fusili. The Roasted Lamb Belly Pastrami was a crowd favorite, but theBacon Scallion Pancakes with Oyster Kimchil Salad was my absolute favorite. Honestly, I ate way too much of it. Don't be too caught up on these menu items: this restaurant loves to experiment with new flavors all the time.
