New Meal Service at Josephine Estelle
Josephine Estelle, located inside the Ace Hotel, has been serving up cozy Italian dinners in lush surroundings for several years now, but there's something new on the menu that you can sink your teeth into.Josephine Estelle is pleased to announce a new meal service that will create an unforgettable night with your closest friends. The Chef's Table is an experience for between eight and 22 people that will be seated just outside of the open-concept kitchen where they can watch their decadent meal get made.
Under the direction of new Executive Chef Trey Williams, the Chef's Table dinners will provide several courses of excellent upscale Italian fare and an optional wine pairing starting at $75 per person. There are options for the meal with the main course being the ultimate choice: Chicken Ballotine with creamed spinach and mushroom farrotto; Porchetta with kale salsa verde, vignole, and lima beans; or Spinosa Beef Roast with horseradish salsa verde, roasted carrots, and stracciatella. Each of the meals, however, begins with a fresh salad, continues with a heavenly rich pasta, and ends with a sweet treat.
The Chef's Table experience is available during regular dinner hours. This meal is perfect for birthdays, wedding rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations, and more.
