Experience a night that will be out of this world. New Orleans Jazz Museum is proud to announce the 6th Annual Improvisations Gala, which will feature artists such as Jason Neville Funky Soul Band and Special Guest Mr. P. Funk "George Clinton." Other artists will be announced later.
The gala will be held throughout the historic complex at 400 Esplanade Avenue from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturday December 2, 2023.
The New Orleans Jazz Museum's annual Improvisations Gala is a thrilling evening of New Orleans music, food, and local culture. Last year's Gala brought more than 1,000 people together for 15 performances across five stages, and this year promises an even larger celebration.
The New Orleans Jazz Museum is situated in the center of the city's thriving music scene and is housed in the historic Old U.S. Mint, which is ideally situated at the crossroads of the French Quarter and the Frenchmen Street live music corridor. The New Orleans Jazz Museum works to increase awareness of jazz as one of the most avant-garde and historically significant musical genres via collaborations with local, national, and worldwide educational institutions.
The VIP Patron Party ticket price is $300 per person, while general admission gala tickets are $150 per person. On this special evening, cocktail will be the standard attire.
