Get Ready for New Orleans' Country Music Showcase
New Orleans is getting a little more country—and a whole lot louder—this spring. The Hondo Rodeo Fest will be making its first-ever New Orleans stop at the Caesars Superdome from April 10 to 12, 2026.
The three-day fest, already a hit in Phoenix, is bringing some of the biggest names in country and rock for a weekend that blends high-stakes rodeo action with arena-level performances.
Headliners include Jason Aldean, Cody Johnson, and Creed, backed by heavy hitters Lynyrd Skynyrd, Old Dominion, and Bailey Zimmerman. It's a mix tailor-made for fans who don't mind a little Southern rock with their saddle bronc.

Launched in 2024, Hondo Rodeo Fest is known for its immersive country/Western fan experience, featuring an invite-only, champion-level rodeo with a $1 million purse, nightly concerts, and a Western-themed Street Fest.
"Music is a huge part of The Hondo Rodeo Fest's culture, and we couldn't be more excited about the lineup for NOLA," Hondo CEO James Trawick said in a press release. "You cannot beat the experience that the Hondo offers."
Music Lineup & Additional Events
Night One opens with Lynyrd Skynyrd and showcases main act Jason Aldean following his standout 2025 Phoenix performance. Night Two brings CMA Male Vocalist of the Year Cody Johnson to the stage, who is opening for chart-topping favorites Old Dominion. Night Three closes with Creed, one of the defining rock bands of the early 2000s, with rising country powerhouse Bailey Zimmerman opening.

If you're looking for an opportunity to meet up wit your favorite rockstars, Johnny Van Zant and Ricky Medlocke of Lynyrd Skynyrd will be signing bottles of the band's Hell House Whiskey at the Rouses Market on 4500 Tchoupitoulas St. from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will also featured giveaways for a special Hell House guitar and tickets to Hondo Rodeo Fest.
