The Historic New Orleans Collection hosted a lovely birthday party presented by Ryan Gootee General Contractors which brought together those who can't get enough of true New Orleans culture and history at the flagship center (one of 14 properties). The revelers packed the building and courtyard to indulge in excellent fare from Antoine's, Chef Prudhomme, Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse, and more. As they traversed the rooms, they were treated to the current exhibitions including the brand new Bunny Matthews art exhibit.

The Historic New Orleans Collection is a museum system and cultural institution that publishes their own fascinating articles related to New Orleans history that can be found within their extensive archives. The HNOC was established in 1966 by General and Mrs. L. Kemper Williams. Their private collection of artifacts turned over to the public has grown exponentially with the sky as the limit. Cheers to 60 more years!
