Big Freedia to Take the Orpheum Theater Stage
Big Freedia and the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) are joining forces for a third time for a September 26 performance at the Orpheum Theater, located downtown at 129 Roosevelt Way.
Big Freedia is a bounce music sensation and New Orleans native credited with bringing bounce to a global audience. Her two previous shows with the LPO in 2023 and 2024 sold out and were largely successful, resulting in a live album available on major streaming platforms.
The show will follow the release of Big Freedia's next album, Pressing Onward, set to drop on August 8.
