St. Patrick's Day Pub Crawls Across New Orleans
New Orleans will celebrate the St. Patrick's Day season with various upcoming citywide pub crawls.
One of them will take place on Saturday, March 14 and will include visits from multiple venues, and involve drink specials and organized festivities across the evening. "The Official Lucky's St Patrick's Day Bar Crawl" held by Crawl With Us will run from 4 p.m. until midnight and is open to all attendees ages 21+.
The event will begin with a check-in from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by the pub crawl hours from 4 p.m. through 10 p.m. There is also a designated mid-party scheduled from 7 p.m. through 9 p.m. at Fetiche NOLA and an after party from 10 p.m. until midnight at Bourbon Heat. Attendees will move between the included bars using the event-specific New Orleans pub crawl map, which provides locations and details for each stop of the crawl. The venues include Misfit Toys NOLA, Fetiche NOLA, Bourbon Heat, High Grace NOLA, and Saddle Bar.
Tickets include two to three complimentary drinks or shots, along with waived cover fees at all included venues. Guests will also receive a stadium party cup with a bottle-opener lanyard, green and gold beads, and a custom St. Patrick's Day badge that has vouchers for drink specials. Throughout the night, there will also be exclusive drink deals, food specials at select locations, and professional photographers capturing the festivities.
The event is geared towards groups of friends or visitors looking to celebrate the holiday in a structured way. Attendees are also encouraged to wear costumes and green attire to celebrate the holiday. The atmosphere will be high-energy and festive, with dancing, music and Irish-inspired drinks such as green beer.
The crawl aims to combine convenience and value, bundling access to multiple bars and promotions in one ticket. Safety is also highlighted, with participants encouraged to utilize rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft. The event is also strictly for those 21 and older with valid identification.
Tickets are available online, and organizers note that prices may increase closer to the event date. There is a 100% cancellation refund in effect, meaning tickets will be fully refunded if the event is cancelled for any reason.
Additional Bar Crawls
In addition to the Official Lucky's St. Patrick's Day Bar Crawl, there is another St. Patricks day bar crawl event taking place on Tuesday, March 17, hosted by pubcrawls.com. It will take place in the French Quarter and nearby Uptown bars. Participants receive a wristband for drink specials, enjoy live music along the route, and join thousands of attendees in green attire celebrating the holiday across local bars and clubs.
Another bar crawl event will be hosted by St. Paddy's Day Bar Crawl on Saturday, March 14, where attendees will also visit multiple downtown bars with a branded wristband that gives free entry and access to drink specials between early afternoon and evening. Check-in begins around 1 p.m. at Coyote Ugly Saloon, where crawlers pick up wristbands and a digital bar map. Ticket prices start at $10 for early bird access and will increase closer to the event. VIP and Ultra VIP tickets are also available with additional opportunities. Throughout the afternoon, attendees can move between venues for included drinks, Irish-themed promotions, and a free after-party, all within walking distance. The event is limited to adults 21 and over.
