2026 Saints And Sinners Literary Festival
The Saints and Sinners Literary Festival is an annual LGBTQ+ literary festival held in New Orleans that is part of the Tennessee Williams Literary Festival.
The 2026 SAS Fest will be held on March 27, 28, and 29 at the Hotel Monteleone. Since its beginning, the festival has brought together queer writers, editors, publishers, and readers. The weekend will feature panels, readings, and workshops focused on queer identity, literature, and community.

History
The festival is open to every level of literary talent, from established authors to emerging talent. SAS Fest is made for LGBTQ+ people who are interested in contemporary literary discussions and who are seeking community in this field.
The Saints and Sinners Literary Festival was founded in 2003 as a way to inform people about HIV and AIDS, using the writers and panel leaders as a means for education on the topic. The festival has grown into an internationally recognized event, featuring participants from all over the country and even outside the United States.

Programming
The Saints and Sinners Literary Festival's programming is designed to start invigorating conversations and to leave members feeling educated and empowered. This programming includes literary discussion panels, author readings, writers craft sessions, and more!
There will be many amazing speakers this year, including Gaar Adams, Ally Ang, Betsy Carswell, and Rob Byrnes. These events will be tailored to specific interests with topics ranging from short fiction to songwriting and poetry. There will also be special events to honor queer identities. Beyond educational events, there will be so much fun programming! This includes a drag brunch hosted by Poppy Tooker and LGBTQ+ walking tours through the city.

Topics
During the weekend, there will be specialized lectures on relevant topics surrounding social change. These topics will include issues such as the prison-industrial complex, climate change, and appropriation within storytelling. The Saints and Sinners Festival will facilitate nuanced and impactful conversations that challenge their perspectives leave them feeling inspired.

Ticket Information
The standard full weekend Three Day Pass is $200, with $75 single day passes also available. You can add a Partner Party Pass for $35 to attend exclusive events during the weekend. There are also reduced student tickets for $40. Single tickets for writers' sessions and receptions will also be made available closer to the festival.
