Rock and Rouge Festival 2026
On March 28 and 29, join in for the musical entertainment of Rock and Rouge Festival in New Orleans' Lafayette Square.
This event is a Women's History Month program, featuring women-fronted music and female empowerment.
Event Details
The festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on the last Saturday and Sunday of March. The timing of the event is a result of rescheduling due to rain, from its original date of October 25 to 26, 2025.
The Rock and Rouge Foundation's mission is to organize with women and uplift one another through culturally enriching experiences and education.

Featured Performers
Many of the featured performers have been announced, with additional musicians to be publicized soon. From indie-pop to soul, there will be a performance for guests of all musical interests to enjoy.
One of the most notable performers is Sweet Crude, a New Orleans-based indie pop-rock band that combines English and French in their music. With over a million listens, Sweet Crude's most streamed song on Spotify is "Little Darling," from their 2014 EP Super Vilaine.
The Charmaine Neville Band will also be featured at the 2026 Rock and Rouge Festival. Charmaine Neville's vocals, combined with bass, drums, guitar, and piano, leads to the production of their locally beloved funk-jazz pieces. All of the band's members come together for a high energy, soulful musical experience.
Big Pearl and the Fugitives of Funk are a New Orleans-based R&R horn band. Lani Ramos is the lead vocalist for the band, which performs at various local venues and is perfect for a Frenchman Street feature.
