Mark your calendars: This July, you have the opportunity to view
some of New Orleans's coolest homes. Put on by the Home Builders Association of
Greater New Orleans, the Parade
of Homes is the "official showcase of the latest in home design" across an
array of neighborhoods, including homes in Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard,
Plaquemines, and St. Charles Parishes.
The Parade is happening both virtually and in-person, with all
builders following CDC and government guidelines, so everyone has the chance to
explore the newest innovations in homebuilding. It is the perfect event for
those planning to make changes to their home or even build a new one.
The event is free to the public, and visitors are welcome,
Saturday and Sunday, July 11 and 12, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., as well as July 18
and 19 at the same time. The Parade's full list of homes and their locations
can be found here.
To attend
virtually, download the mobile app "New Orleans Parade of Homes," where
3D, 360° tours are available, as well as a full list
of participating homes, price ranges, directions, and builder contacts.
