NOLA Comic Con 2026
The Greater New Orleans area is always able to provide locals and tourists plenty of things to see and do every single day. This weekend, NOLA Comic Con has set itself up at the Pontchartrain Center in Kenner for fans of pop culture to check out and enjoy.
One of the main draws for the convention are the many different vendors offering a wide variety of goods to peruse. While "comic" is in the name, NOLA Comic Con is not only catered to just comic fans—although there are plenty of comics to look through. Fans of '80s and '90s pop culture, sci-fi, video games, anime, Japanese culture, and more will most likely find something they'll recognize while walking through the vendor areas. With vendors selling action figures, artwork, plushies, instant food, drinks, trading cards, and even swords, there is plenty of shopping to be had at NOLA Comic Con.
In addition to the vendors, fans should also expect to see some celebrities while there. Stars from the Power Rangers Wild Force TV series Phillip Jeanmarie, Jack Guzman, Phillip Andrew, Jessica Rey, and Ann Marie Crouch serve as special guests for this year's convention.
If you are fan of pop culture and are looking to shop some cool merch 'til you drop, then the 9th annual NOLA Comic Con is the place to be in Greater New Orleans this weekend. The convention's final day is Sunday, August 9, and it will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visit mcconventions.com/nola-comic-con to purchase tickets.
