Celebrating its 47th year, the New Orleans Greek Festival returns, bringing back delicious food and fun that festival goers love. This year is special in that the Greek Festival will showcase Mythos Hellenic Beer and Greek Wine Flights.
There will be Hellenic dancers in the inside stage and cathedral tours throughout the weekend. But you know most of us are going for the delicious food, which will include lamb plates, gyro on pita with tzatziki, souvlaki, pastitsio, spanakopita, baklava, and so much more. Urban South's Paradise Park Beer will be served on tap, ice cold.
The festival will kick off on Friday, May 27 with the Greek Festival 5k Run/Walk. The hours of the festival are:
Friday, May 27 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 28 12:00 p..m. to 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 29 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Online tickets can be purchased before May 26 for $8 and at the door for $10.
