Come to the Bogue Falaya Park in Covington on June 8th to experience the debut of Bluesberry Festival. This music and arts festival will feature a number of blues artists, both regional and national. Casey James, season 9 finalist of American Idol and performer behind Billboard top-15 single, "Crying on a Suitcase," will be headlining alongside Johnny Hayes, a season 11 and 12 participant on The Voice. Prominent New Orleans artists Charmaine Neville, Eric Johanson, and many more will also be playing throughout the day.

In addition to music, Bluesberry will have an interactive arts tent and live art demonstrations. The works of local artists Sean Aleman, Ana Andricain, Christy Barrett, Melanie Blackerby, and many more will also be available for purchase.

Bluesberry Fest doesn't just end at art and music. Local beer and food will be available for those who attend as well. Enjoy a wide selection of locally brewed beers at the Gallardo Signs Beer Garden--including an Abita Blueberry Beer. Old School Eats, Rue Chow, Coffee Rani, Rob's Rockin Dogs, and many more will be bringing popular dishes with a new blueberry theme.

Bring the kids and let them enjoy Bluesberry Festival's Interactive Children's Village.
