Women Entrepreneur (WE) Fellowship Back for 2023 season
The Junior League of New Orleans (JLNO) is happy to announce that applications are now being accepted for its Women Entrepreneur Fellowship. the month of January 2016. The JLNO WE Fellowship is a 12-month initiative that provides financing, coaching, and in-kind services obtained from JLNO members to a female company owner. Women's self-esteem, productivity, and income are all goals of the fellowship. They will make a significant improvement to Metropolitan New Orleans by their mentorship of others and their reinvestment in the economic development, health, and education of their families. JLNO uplifts the entire neighborhood through empowering women.
The WE Fellowship recipient will also get a grant of $5,000, access to a work/meeting space, training for their charity board, and marketing possibilities through JLNO's membership in addition to the mentorship and in-kind services listed above. The generous contribution that supports the WE Fellowship award also provides training and marketing opportunities for JLNO members. The P.O.W.E.R., Potential of Women Entrepreneurs Realized, initiative of Fidelity Bank has made a kind gift in support of the WE Fellowship award. The Scout Guide New Orleans will highlight the winner in a full-page layout. Trepwise, a nearby development consulting company, will offer individual coaching to all finalists to help them get ready for the WE Fellowship Pitch Competition on Thursday, April 20.
